Frequently asked questions about Schiphol
How far in advance will you collect me for a flight?
For a flight within Europe we usually collect you a little over two hours before departure, and three hours for an intercontinental flight. From Amstelveen the drive to the terminal is around twenty minutes; the rest is check-in and baggage. Tell us your departure time and we will work the pick-up time back for you.
Where will the driver be when I land?
We agree a fixed meeting point at Schiphol Plaza. Give us your flight number and we will watch the landing time: if the aircraft lands early or late, the driver moves with it. You do not need to call us once you are through customs.
Does the fixed price still apply if there are delays or traffic?
Yes. The amount is for the whole car and is agreed before you travel. If the A9 or the N201 is busy, nothing changes for you. That is the difference with a running meter, where waiting time simply keeps counting.
