How do I book a taxi?

How far in advance should I book?
At least one hour ahead — that is what the fixed fare applies to. If you need a taxi right now, call us: we will tell you what is possible and we drive on the meter.
How many passengers fit in one car?
A saloon car seats up to four passengers. For a larger group, or for extra luggage, we send the 8-seater van, which takes up to eight. Wheelchair transport is available on request — please call us so we can arrange it for your journey.
How can I pay?
Cash or card in the car; you choose when you book. For a business account we can invoice monthly instead of settling every journey separately.
Can I request a child seat or an extra stop?
Yes. A child seat, an extra stop en route and extra large luggage can all be arranged — tell us when you book. Each carries a small surcharge, which is included in the price we quote you, so nothing is added afterwards. See the surcharges →
